An online photographic Portfolio Project album is available to every member of the Sun City Center
\nPhoto Club. To set up and start using your album, just follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n
The Portfolio Project is intended for participants to add a maximum of 16 images to their albums. A
\nproject can have less than 16 images, but please do not exceed the 16-image limit.<\/p>\n
This is not a competition or time restricted challenge. The images you include in your portfolio can be
\nfrom your current work, from your archives or a combination of both. They just should all fit together
\nwith a common theme. This is about showing your work no matter when it was created.<\/p>\n
Images must be in the .jpg file format.
\nThe image must be sized so that the longest side is between 800 and 4500 pixels.
\nThe total file size must be less than 9MB.
\nWe suggest that you change the file name of the image to the title of the picture.<\/p>\n
Click the \u201cContinue to Albums\u201d button at the bottom of this page.<\/p>\n
Locate the album with your name on it and click \u201cEdit album info\u201d.<\/p>\n
Under \u201cEnter album name\u201d there will be a text box with your name in it. Replace your name with the
\nname of your project followed with the word \u201cby\u201d, then your name. Example: John Smith is doing a
\nproject named \u201cThe Color Red\u201d, what he should put into the text box is: The Color Red by John
\nSmith.<\/p>\n
Next in the \u201cAlbum description\u201d you can type in a description or comments about your project.<\/p>\n
Click the \u201cUPDATE ALBUM\u201d to create your album and start adding photos.<\/p>\n
Click \u201cUpload photo\u201d<\/p>\n
Click the \u201cBROWSE\u201d button<\/p>\n
Navigate to the folder where your images are, select one, and click \u201cUpload\u201d.<\/p>\n
There is an \u201cImage name\u201d text field on the next screen. You can put the title of the image in here. If
\nyou leave it blank, the filename of your image will be used.<\/p>\n
Finally, click the \u201cUPLOAD PHOTO\u201d button.<\/p>\n
You may add, delete or replace images as you continue to develop the theme of your portfolio.<\/p>\n
