Her B.S. is from SUNY<br \/>\nNew Paltz, NY. She also took a year long series of courses in Commercial Photography at the<br \/>\nGermain School of Photography, NYC. She continued her education in various photo topics<br \/>\nthrough the International Center of Photography, NYC (https:\/\/www.icp.org ), Santa Fe<br \/>\nPhotographic Workshops, Santa Fe, NY (https:\/\/santafeworkshops.com ), George Eastman<br \/>\nHouse, Rochester, NY (https:\/\/www.eastman.org ), and worked privately with Dan Burkholder<br \/>\n(https:\/\/www.danburkholder.com\/#\/ ). Her workshops included instructors such as Julianne<br \/>\nKost (https:\/\/jkost.net ), Mark Osterman ( https:\/\/www.collodion.org ), Dan Burkholder, and<br \/>\nothers. She has taught photography at the University of Cincinnati, Evening College, Mt. St.<br \/>\nJoseph College, Cincinnati, OH, Alma College, Alma, MI where she became a full professor of Art<br \/>\n&amp; Design focusing on Photography and Graphic Design. She also was the Chair of the<br \/>\nDepartment prior to her retirement in 2019. Her final professional higher education work was<br \/>\nwith Keiser University, Pembrook Pines, FL where she was the Graphic Design Department Head<br \/>\nand coordinator for three other campuses until 2022.<br \/>\nHer work is in the Columbus Art Museum, Columbus, OH, Bronx Art Museum, NY, and in various<br \/>\ncorporate and private collections. She is an award-winning photographer garnishing awards<br \/>\nfrom her various extensive national and international exhibitions. Many of her awards were<br \/>\nfrom curators of photographic institutions throughout the US. Her work is also published in<br \/>\nbooks and newspapers.
